AlphaGPT LLC (“AlphaGPT”, “we”) places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it and what your rights are.

Data controller:

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and your password, stored hashed and never in plain text.
• Your broker credentials (MetaTrader 5): if you connect your account, your credentials are encrypted and only used to execute the orders you validate. We never have access to your funds.
• Usage data: generated analyses, your trade journal, preferences, as well as technical logs (IP address, date and time, device type) for security and proper operation.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We never store your card number.
• Communications: the content of your support messages and your exchanges with us.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to:

• provide and operate the service (performance of the contract between us);
• manage your subscription and payments (performance of the contract);
• ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest);
• send you emails related to your account (performance of the contract) and, if you consent, informational emails you can unsubscribe from at any time (consent).

3. Analysis by artificial intelligence

When you send a screenshot of your chart for analysis, this image and the associated market data are transmitted to our artificial-intelligence provider in order to generate your trade plan. In accordance with that provider’s terms, this data is not used to train its models.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us deliver the service, and only to the extent necessary:

• our payment provider;
• our email-sending provider;
• our artificial-intelligence analysis provider;
• your MetaTrader 5 broker, for executing the orders you validate;
• our hosting providers.

We may also disclose data when required by law.

5. International transfers

AlphaGPT LLC is established in the United States. If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We put in place appropriate safeguards to govern these transfers.

6. Retention period

We keep your data as long as your account is active, then for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can request the deletion of your account at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures: hashed passwords, encryption of your broker credentials, encrypted connections (HTTPS). As no system is entirely infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, notably the GDPR in the European Union and the CCPA in California, you have rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of your consent. To exercise them, write to us at support@alphagpt.cloud. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• ensure the operation of the service and keep you securely signed in (strictly necessary cookies);
• remember your preferences (functionality cookies);
• measure audience and analyze use of the service to improve it (measurement and analytics cookies);
• where applicable, personalize content and measure the effectiveness of our communications.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. For the others, where the law requires it, we obtain your consent and you can withdraw it at any time. You can also configure your browser to manage or refuse cookies.

10. Minors

The service is reserved for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
