Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of AlphaGPT. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service is operated by:

1. Service description

AlphaGPT is a decision-support tool that analyzes trading charts using artificial intelligence and suggests trade plans (entry, stop, target). AlphaGPT does not provide personalized investment advice, does not manage your capital and makes no decision on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.

4. Connecting your broker

If you connect your MetaTrader 5 account, you authorize AlphaGPT to execute only the orders you validate yourself. You remain the sole decision-maker for your operations. We never have access to your funds and carry out no operation without your action.

5. Risk warning

Trading carries a high risk of capital loss, up to the entire amount committed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. AlphaGPT guarantees no profit or result. The analyses provided are decision-support aids and not personalized investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and it is up to you to assess whether an operation suits your situation. Never trade amounts you cannot afford to lose.

6. Subscriptions, payment and no refunds

The service offers a free plan and paid plans. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at term, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

AlphaGPT is a digital service supplied immediately and liable to be fully consumed upon delivery. By subscribing, you expressly request its immediate supply and acknowledge losing, as a result, any right of withdrawal. Consequently, amounts paid are not refundable, except where mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• circumvent the service’s usage or quota limits;
• create multiple accounts in order to abuse the free plan;
• resell, rent or redistribute the service;
• attempt to access our systems without authorization or to disrupt their operation;
• use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its brand, its interface and its content are the property of AlphaGPT LLC or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of your subscription.

9. Availability and no warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be free of interruption or error. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AlphaGPT LLC shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; where applicable, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close your account in the event of a breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

12. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you. By continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
